Crossfit UXO's Cascade Barbell Club is a group of members who want to work on and improve their Olympic lifting. This is a group open to members/non-members where we teach the techniques and skills around Olympic lifting. We work together on obtaining your individual goals, whether it is competing at a top level or improving your techniques for more efficient heavy lifting. At the end of each class, athletes are given 3 days of extra Olympic Lifting programming each week.This group is run by two or more coaches and is held on Saturdays at 7:30 AM.  Any questions please contact UXO at
