Foundations is a requirement for all CrossFit UXO members who are new to CrossFit. Foundations allows us an opportunity to work on technique and form as well as range of motion. Foundations is included in your first month and is held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-8pm. To graduate from foundations, a member needs to attend one week of foundations. Experienced CrossFitters may be able to test out of foundations.
